The rooms here come with a comfy couch, making it a great spot to relax after a long day 🛋️. The location is perfect, being close to a lively area with plenty of restaurants, bars, takeaways, and shops for you to explore and enjoy.

This apartment was a fantastic find for our Christmas getaway! the place was absolutely lovely and couldn't fault it at all. the rooms were spacious and well equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. the location was ideal - close to popular Leith Walk and within easy reach of the city center. It was the perfect base for exploring Edinburgh during the holiday season.
The only downsides we experienced were related to parking. Finding a parking spot was quite challenging, especially during peak times.

We had a fabulous weekend at this beautiful apartment. It was spacious, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with plenty of public transport options nearby. All communication prior to our arrival was clear and helpful. We would definitely book again.
